课室HDMI插座的基本使用手册

  1. 插拔 HDMI 线缆：
    • 确保电脑处于关闭状态，然后插入 HDMI 线缆的一端到输出设备（如电脑），另一端插入输入课室上的HDMI 插座。
    • 插拔时，轻轻推入或拔出线缆，避免使用过大的力量，以防损坏 HDMI 接口。
  2. 选择输入源 (HDMI或是Ezcast)：
    • 当您想使用无线电脑投影时，请手动切换到Ezcast功能。
    • 轻轻拔出HDMI线缆， 然后将Ezcast的源头插上HDMI插座。
  3. 注意事项：
    • 避免将 HDMI 线缆弯曲或扭曲过度，以免损坏线内的电缆或接头。
    • 不要在电脑开启的情况下插拔 HDMI 线缆，以免造成电路短路或设备损坏。
    • 定期检查 HDMI 线缆和接口是否干净，如有灰尘或脏污应及时清洁，以确保良好的连接和传输质量。
  4. 责任认定：
    • 如果损坏是由于正常使用而非故意或疏忽造成的，责任可能会由资讯处承担。相反，如果损坏是由于错误的使用或故意行为导致的，则责任可能由使用者承担。
  5. 合理赔偿：
    • 如果责任确认后需要赔偿，一般会根据损坏或遗失的实际价值来确定赔偿金额。这可能包括购买全新 HDMI 线缆 （RM20），USB 电插（RM10） 然而Ezcast 为(RM180).

  1. Plug and unplug the HDMI cable:
  • Make sure the computer is turned off, then plug one end of the HDMI cable into the output device (such as a computer) and the other end into the HDMI socket in the classroom.
  • When plugging or unplugging, push the cable in or out gently and avoid using excessive force to prevent damage to the HDMI interface.
  1. Select input source (HDMI or Ezcast):
  • When you want to use wireless computer projection, please switch to the Ezcast function manually.
  • Gently unplug the HDMI cable, then plug the Ezcast source into the HDMI socket.
  1. Things to note:
  • Avoid bending or twisting HDMI cables excessively to avoid damaging the cables or connectors within the cable.
  • Do not plug or unplug HDMI cables while the computer is on to avoid short circuiting or equipment damage.
  • Regularly check whether the HDMI cable and interface are clean. If there is dust or dirt, clean it in time to ensure good connection and transmission quality.
  1. Responsibility identification:
  • If the damage is due to normal use and not intentional or negligent, liability may lie with the ICT Dept. On the contrary, if the damage is caused by incorrect use or intentional behavior, the liability may lie with the user.
  1. Reasonable compensation:
  • If compensation is required after liability is confirmed, the amount of compensation will generally be determined based on the actual value of the damage or loss. This may include purchasing a new HDMI cable (RM20), USB Power Adapter (RM10） whereas the Ezcast is (RM180).
